Custom Inflatable Statue of Liberty Head

Inflatable Statue of Liberty Head at AOL's Holiday PartyStatue of Liberty Head for Fandango Productions

Fandango, a special events coordinator, knew that after 9/11 people, in general, were showing more patriotism. However, people in Washington, DC were particularly prone to flag-waving and the like. That’s where the idea of the Statue of Liberty head inflatable came into play.

Strategically positioned at center stage, this life-like replication was immediately noticed by all who attended AOL’s 2001 holiday party. While the statue inflatable was not directly intended to generate leads, or sales, or even traffic… it did lend itself nicely to a feeling of Americanism and to the branding of AOL as a company that cares.

This inflatable also made its way into the 2003 Event Solutions Fact Book. All those in attendance at the party had positive comments about the statue.

Great job Fandango!

What Others Say About Landmark Creations

“The setup is so easy. We have had event tents and other promotional items in the past that were a nightmare to set up and break down. The inflatable is now the easiest part of the setup, and probably the most identifiable.”

- Vaughan Cutillo, Montauk Brewing Company

"Our Landmark Creations blast tunnel made for an incredible night and it was exeremley well received by the players, coaches and fans. Thanks to you and your team for a first class effort. Regards."

- Glenn Mastro, Watchung Hills Warriors Touchdown Club

"Just wanted to say how much we LOVE our inflatables.  We tested them in our lobby where they were, of course, an instant hit for school group photos. Our leadership was quite pleased with the durability and the realism."

- Mike Hennessy, Carnegie Science Center

“The likeness to our company mascot was amazing. We used the balloon at the Winn Dixie Home & Garden show ... and we have had rave reviews.”

- Christy Bernard, Tony Chachere’s

"Our tunnel was also a great addition to our pre-game tradition: the Wildcat walk. Our city shuts down three blocks of downtown, and we have hundreds of fans lining the streets with a police escort, while we walk to the stadium."

- Sam Baker, Head Football Coach at Waconia High School

“This has created tremendous buzz around town and we have received a great deal of compliments on the Big Tire. Exposure is my goal, and the inflatable does that better than anyone, including me, can do at these events. The Big Tire never takes a break, gets tired or has to take a call. It just keeps shining bright and the kids love it.”

- Ed Chaney, Ed Chaney Tire Center Inc.
