The Arts in the Dark Halloween Parade, a Chicago tradition, brings the city’s rich and varied creative community together to celebrate the spooky season through art, music, performance, costume and light. The Chicago Cultural Center tops their float with this inflatable mini replica of one of the city’s many public artworks, Jean Dubuffet’s Monument with Standing Beast.
